Pinpoint the opportunity
Listen to what feels difficult and agree on the problem worth solving.
HOW WE WORK
Our P.A.R.T.N.E.R. Method keeps the work organized while leaving room for the realities of your team, your customers, and your day-to-day operations.

A WORKING PARTNERSHIP
We listen, map the work together, and make room for the questions that surface as a change takes shape.
OUR APPROACH
Seven steps to understand the work, make improvements with your team, and see how they hold up in practice.
Listen to what feels difficult and agree on the problem worth solving.
See how work really moves today, including the people, handoffs, and tools involved.
Simplify the steps and clarify ownership before choosing technology.
Use AI or automation where it fits the work and can be maintained.
Explain the changes, involve the team, and prepare useful training.
Put the process in place, test it, and support the rollout.
Compare results with the starting point and adjust what needs attention.
WHY WORK WITH US
Rikki has led hospitality teams, managed construction projects, and built internal operations and training systems for professional services. She knows that a process has to hold up when a team is busy, someone is new, and the day does not go to plan.
Training behind the approach Rikki is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed Six Sigma and crisis response training, including IS-100.C (Introduction to the Incident Command System) and IS-200 (Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response) for her Antarctic program work.
We include the handoffs, exceptions, and unwritten steps that a neat diagram can miss.
Within the agreed scope, we help document, test, explain, and introduce the change with your team.
We clarify ownership, make the instructions useful, and leave room to adjust the process as your business changes.
